| Our usual shipping method is Canada post Expedited service and delivery is made usually within 2-7 working days. Standard shipping charges have been set out for this service, some exceptions apply such as heavy book orders and higher rates will be applied. If you want you order shipped faster or by another method we will be glad to quote for other shipping services. |

| Returns |
| We must be contacted prior to any returns for any reason. Return within 14 days of invoice date for most items will be accepted as long as the customer pre-pays the shipping. No freight collect parcels will be accepted. No returns on software only exchange for the same thing if product is defective. No returns on study materials. No returns on GPS units. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Warranty is provided by the manufaturer of the product and therefore customers must return goods to the manufacturers for warranty service. Within 14 days of purchase we will exchange the defective product in most cases so give us a call. |
